We realize that each person's financial situation is different. For this reason, we offer a variety of payment options to help you receive the dental care needed to enjoy a healthy and confident smile with respect to your budget.

Dental insurance: We will gladly estimate your insurance coverage; however, many variables exist in dealing with dental insurance companies (deductibles, maximums, allowable limitations, non-covered procedures and other restrictions). Therefore, we cannot guarantee any estimated charges. Since your insurance is an agreement between yourself and your insurance company, ultimately you are responsible for all charges. Please know that we will do everything possible to insure that you receive full benefits from your insurance company. If for any reason your insurance does not pay within 60 days from the start of treatment, you are responsible for payment at that time.

We want our patients to be able to comfortably afford dental care. We will gladly discuss our payment options with you before beginning your treatment.

Our options are...

Option 1: A 5% savings for payments in full prior to start of treatment over $250.00. Senior citizens (age 65 or older) will receive 10% for payments in full prior to start of treatment.

Option 2: We have made arrangements with Care Credit and other finance companies so that you may make affordable monthly payments. There are no application fees or down payment required, and depending on the terms of the loan, it may be interest free for up to 12 months. The paperwork is minimal and approval is provided quickly. Ask for details.

Option 3: Insured Patients Only: Partial payment is due at time of service. We will submit the claim to your insurance company and bill or credit your account once we receive payment from them.

Option 4: For those procedures that require multiple appointments (crowns, partial dentures, appliances, etc.) you can make two equal payments. The first payment is due prior to the start of treatment and the second payment is due at the start if treatment. The negative here is No Discount!

Please Note: that we do not offer long term in-office financing. Although the majority of our patients and friends have excellent payment histories, why do we not offer credit?

There exists excellent outside financing companies that are more effective with helping you obtain the credit you need.  This allows us to better serve you, our patient, by reducing the time and costs spent on billing and collections.
